Truck - $165 an hour/ plus servings fee (chosen below)- Clayboys will need a standard parking space for service.

Compact Cart - $225 an hour/plus serving fee (chosen below)- Dimensions in inches: 36L 26W 43H Able to fit inside service elevators and tighter spaces. Works great for rooftop and indoor events.

Push Cart - $250 an hour/plus serving fee (chosen below)- Dimensions in inches: 92L 36W 79H Typically too large for indoor events and standard doorways. Great for backyard parties and spots accessible by ramp.

Pit Stop - $150 Flat Fee (up to 20 minutes and 25 kids servings) If servings exceed 25 there is a $30 charge for every 10 serving increment. A pit stop with mediums will carry an additional fee of $1 per serving, and $2 per serving if the big size is requested.

Kids- 5 ounce dixie-cup $2 per serving

Regular- 9 ounce cup $3 per serving

Big- 12 ounce cup $5 per serving

Payments for private events: *

Once an event is confirmed Clayboys will send you a deposit invoice that reflects half of the hourly rate and any add ons.

The remaining balance for the event will be taken with credit card/contactless payment/check on site once the event is over.

If the Final Payment is not paid on site and we are required to send a second invoice, an 8% "Card Not Present Fee" will be added to the final invoice total.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once an event is booked with clayboys, we will invoice you via square for a deposit (the deposit will be for your hourly rate). We are happy to reschedule your event (for no extra charge) to a different time/date due to rain, sickness, etc. The deadline to reschedule your event is 48 hours before your event takes place. If you would like to cancel your event we can offer a full refund of the deposit if we receive two weeks notice. If an event is canceled within two weeks of the scheduled date, the deposit is non-refundable.
