Clayboy's Public Vending Request

Request a public vending event (not prepaid) from Clayboys. Clayboys will come to a location and sell ice as we would in a public setting.

Public vending events are great for: large school events, fairs, festivals, fundraisers, swim meets, sports tournaments, and more!

Apparatuses: For public vending events, Clayboys reserves the right to send the apparatus that best fits the details and logistics of the event. All Clayboys apparatuses serve the same product and have a standard menu of 15 flavors.

Minimums: Clayboys Management reviews each public event request form on a case by case basis. Since the events are for public vending, Clayboys may request to set a minimum sales figure per hour at the event. That figure will be collected up front and refunded upon completion of the event. If Clayboys reaches the minimum in sales, that will result in a full refund. If Clayboys sells below the minimum, the customers deposit will be partially refunded to meet the minimum. The minimum will reflect the time spent/the number of people anticipated at the event.

Payment Options for Attendees: Clayboys accepts credit card, apple/google pay, cash app, and cash.
